Our Services

We handle everything from start to finish, including initial planning, REB submissions, timeline creations, petty cash set up, regular reporting to track progress and study wrap up. We provide partial services if comprehensive services are not required.

We specialize in offering evaluation services tailored to health research, focusing on the assessment of program effectiveness, impact, and overall outcomes in the healthcare sector.

Our qualitative and quantitative methods include randomized control trials, cognitive interviews, focus groups and more. Our interdisciplinary team is trained in working with hard-to-reach populations and conducting interviews about sensitive and stigmatized behaviour.

We are experts in initiating and maintaining contact with hard-to-reach populations, in order to keep follow-up rates high. Our strategies include outreach at service provider locations, incentives for participants to keep their contact information up to date with the research team, and more. We also keep and maintain a research registry that facilitates access to potential study participants that otherwise could be hard to reach, including demographic data and some health data of registry members who are participants from previous studies.

We develop both paper and web surveys, and have iPad rentals available for use. We use our own survey software that can be tailored to your needs. Our web survey programming includes: skip patterns, error prompts, validity checks and ranges, desktop, tablet and smartphone editions for self-administered surveys, secure data hosting and associate accounts for real-time access to data.

We manage data entry, quality control and data cleaning, data outputs, as well as reporting and analysis. Data is safely stored on our in-house, secure hospital servers.

We strive for health equity through quality data. Our approach is based on a commitment to research quality and strong partnership development with our clients. Our built-in quality assurance strategies ensure that we consistently and efficiently deliver high-quality data.
