Unity Health Toronto and the University of Toronto invite you to attend the third distinguished lecture of Health, Equity, and Research Talks (HEaRT). This webinar will be focused on “Reporting Health Equity Implications of Observational Studies: Co-Producing Indigenous and Global Guidance in Canada”. Dr. Vivian Welch, Editor-in-Chief and acting CEO of the Campbell Collaboration, Director of the Methods Centre at the Bruyère Research Institute, and Associate Professor at the University of Ottawa, will describe the approach to co-producing guidance on reporting health equity in observational studies (the STROBE-Equity extension).

The presentation will be followed by questions from the audience, co-moderated by Dr. Tara Gomes, Scientific Director of Urban and Community Health, and Samar Saneinejad, Senior Director of Research Strategy and Co-Chair of the Research EDI Task Force at Unity Health Toronto.
