People in Canada have a new, less invasive way to test for HIV at home, following Health Canada’s approval of an oral self-test. Dr. Sean Rourke, whose research helped obtain the approval, spoke with the CBC about how these tests have the potential to reach thousands who experience barriers to traditional testing.
