Dr. Kamran Khan

Dr. Kamran Khan is an infectious disease physician with training in public health and preventive medicine. His research interests focus on the globalization of emerging and reemerging infectious diseases.

Dr. Khan is the founder of a social enterprise called BlueDot that develops innovative digital solutions to help governments, the private sector, and healthcare organizations build resilience to current and future global epidemic threats.

Dr. Khan is a scientist with MAP Centre for Urban Health Solutions in the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute of St. Michael’s Hospital, and a staff physician in the St. Michael’s Hospital Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases. He is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases and the Dalla Lana School Of Public Health at the University of Toronto.
